Return Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE:

1. If the goods have non-human failure, damage, etc. please submit the return or exchange request by email to info@patroller.com.hk within 7 days from the date of its delivery at the Delivery Address, overdue not accepted.

2. Please send us your personal information, contact method, the reasons and details of product return or exchange. If your request is accepted, please come to our office for product return or exchange.

3. The product, accessories and packages; documents like invoices, operation manual and other documents will be required for the return/refund process. If customers are not able to provide the mentioned documents, return/refund may be rejected.

4. Only one return/exchange will be accepted for one purchase.

5. In case of any dispute in relation to the application, PATROLLER’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
