1. How to buy:

Internet Order

  1. Please register to become a member and login account.
  2. Browse the product catalog to choose the product and quantity you want to buy, and then click "ADD TO CART".
  3. Please review the purchasing items and quantities in the Cart. To confirm the information, please click "CHECKOUT"
  4. Please fill-in the "Coupon Code" (if any)
  5. Please fill-in the delivery information such as contact person, contact number, shipment address, email, remarks and so on.
  6. Select payment method
  7. Please double check all the information in checkout. If it’s correct, please click “Place Order”.
  8. Settle payment
  9. We will send you order confirmation by e-mail and arrange delivery after payment has been received

Settle the payment by credit card or transfer amount via PayPal

3. Delivery:

  1. We offer free delivery service.
  2. We decide different delivery service company according to the shipping address in the order form. The confirmation letter will show the assigned delivery service company for each order.
  3. Products will be arranged to send out within three wording days (not include Saturday, Sunday, Hong Kong Bank Holiday and Hong Kong Public Holiday) after confirmation letter is sent.
  4. Additional shipping costs will be charged for remote areas. (Please check with us)
  5. For any delivery place which needs to walk up by steps (without lift), $30 Delivery-Labour Cost per floor will be charged.

4. RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. Please submit the return or exchange request by email to info@patroller.com.hk within 7 days from the date of its delivery at the Delivery Address
  2. Please send us your personal information, contact method, the reasons and details of product return or exchange. If your request is accepted, please come to our office for product return or exchange.
  3. The product, accessories and packages; documents like invoices, operation manual and other documents will be required for the return/refund process. If customers are not able to provide the mentioned documents, return/refund may be rejected.
  4. Only one return/exchange will be accepted for one purchase.
  5. In case of any dispute in relation to the application, Patroller’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
